Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery takes 2–6 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Important Notice About Delivery Time

Orders delivered within the stated processing and shipping timeframe (1–2 processing + 2–6 shipping days) are considered on time.

Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or local delivery issues are outside of our control.

Refunds & Shipping Fees

  • If an order is shipped correctly and delivered within the stated timeframe, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds issued for reasons not caused by Duck Around will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns or refused deliveries when no error has been made on our part.

Examples of non-refundable shipping situations include:

  • Expecting delivery earlier than the stated 2–6 business days
  • Refusing the package due to delivery time (not late)
  • Not being available to receive the package
  • The address was provided incorrectly by the customer

Our Responsibility

If an order is:

  • Shipped late due to our processing error
  • Incorrect, damaged, or missing items due to our fault

We will fully cover shipping costs and resolve the issue at no extra cost to the customer.
